Waluigi is an enemy in Nozomi and Doggo's Grand Adventure in the first area of the game, Jojoville, specifically the Concert Hall. It is the first enemy the player will encounter. Waluigis are the lowest ranking members of the Edgy Mafia, and are under the control of Tails when fought by the player. They work as grunts for the Edgy Mafia, whenever Mafia Grunts are not used. One Waluigi jumps off the map in the Concert Hall, and so they are found in Voidhome in Escape the Void.

Design

Waluigi is a tall, skinny human with pointy ears, a bright pink nose, and a large mustache. He wears a purple hat with an upside-down yellow L. He also has navy overalls with yellow buttons, and he wears a long-sleeve purple shirt beneath that. He has white gloves and orange shoes.

Abilities

Waluigis are fairly normal people, but are able to scream loud enough to inflict physical damage.

Strategy

Due to low health and speed, Waluigis can normally be defeated without taking damage, even at level 1. However, if they do use WAH!, it can do large amounts of damage to defensively weaker characters like Nozomi. Simply using Ice Blast for Nozomi and the basic attack for Doggo will quickly dispatch these weak enemies. If Dayman attacks, they will be dispatched easily.

BA: The Card Game

There is one Walugi-related card in BA: The Card Game.

Waluigi is a Rare Character Card with 5 Health. The quote is "Not Piranha Plant". The card shows Waluigi similar to how he appears in Nozomi and Doggo's Grand Adventure, but in a different pose. Waluigi does 2 damage to 1 random enemy every turn. If the card is at or below 3 health, it does 3 damage instead. Waluigi has the Low Ranking Mafia Trait.

Trivia

Waluigi is taken from the Mario series by Nintendo.
Waluigi is the first enemy encountered in Nozomi and Doggo's Grand Adventure, and is also one of the weakest.
Waluigi was the first enemy designed for Nozomi and Doggo's Grand Adventure.
He also has the most alternate forms of any enemy.
